Do I even need to tell you why to go get this record? If you don’t know Alison Goldfrapp Will Gregory by now, where have you been? Alison has created a wonderful character live on stage as well as along with Will Gregory, her own genre of music and performance that defies any direct comparison to anyone or anything else out there now. If anything other groups are attempting to copy her now. She is a force all her own. I have reviewed Goldfrapp’s previous efforts, this one is no disappointment. Great blend of nasty midtempo electro tinged tracks with dreamy Alison in wonderland like downtempo tracks as well. This is a very good record. No wonder it was #1 on the charts for so long.
